Enrollment

To enroll your child for the coming school year, you may go directly to the PK-6 Website Enrollment Form, the JH & HS Website Enrollment Form, or you may review the downloadable policies first from the Enrollment Policies and Forms folder.  The Free and Reduced Lunch Applications may be completed online but will need to be printed and returned to the school or you may email it to cbrackeen@cement.k12.ok.us 

To complete the Free and Reduced Lunch Application, click on the link above, download the file, fill out the application, and either print the application or save it to your computer.  If you print the application you must return it to the school to be enrolled in the program, if you save the application you can attach it to an email to Cyndi Brackeen and send it.
