Stephanie Wall, Superintendent

Stephanie Wall is originally from Metamora, Illinois, but moved to Oklahoma in 2007 and has proudly called Oklahoma home ever since. Her journey in education began with a passion for music and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Millikin University and her Master’s degree in Education Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Mrs. Wall spent 11 years serving students as a Vocal Music educator before moving into school administration. She then served as a principal for 8 years before becoming a superintendent. Her experiences as a teacher and principal have shaped her belief that strong relationships, high expectations, and a genuine commitment to students are at the heart of a successful school.

As Superintendent of Cement Public Schools, Mrs. Wall brings a deep passion for children, education, and the Cement community. She believes every student deserves to feel known, valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. She is committed to working alongside teachers, staff, families, and community members to create opportunities for students to learn, grow, and succeed.

Outside of school, family and community are at the center of Mrs. Wall’s life. She is the proud mother of three children, Harmony (21), Brantley (12), and Jersey (11). She is also a devoted dog lover and has a special place in her heart for her therapy dog, Blaze, who visits nursing homes and will soon be serving at CPS.

Music continues to be an important part of Mrs. Wall’s life. She sings in a rock cover band, Von Hawk’s Rising (VHR) which also provides an opportunity to give back to others. Through the band, she and her fellow musicians raise money to support children who have experienced extreme illness or trauma. She also volunteers on the praise team at her church, Impact 580.

Mrs. Wall is passionate about building a school culture where students and staff feel a true sense of belonging. She is proud to serve Cement Public Schools and considers it a privilege to be part of the Cement community. Her goal is to honor the traditions and strengths of the district while continuing to grow, improve, and create new opportunities for students.
